This wonderful villa is perched in a wide pinewood (about 300/400 sqm). This gives to the property a big plus in terms of cool and ventilation in the sunny island of Favignana! Several groups of lounge chairs, tables and exotic-crafted chairs create very plaisant corners. Bushes of oleander, lantana and buganvillea give to the property a beautiful touch of Mediterranean colors.

The property is located in the north-est part of the island called "Punta Sottile", few meters away from the lighthouse. No more than 100 meters away from the beach, several coves offer a crystalline sea with amazing colors exciting for sub, swimmers and in general for whoever loves a uncomtaminated nature.

The villa can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a wide and plaisant living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with big fridge, oven, dishwasher and all sort of cooking facilities, a sleeping area with three bedrooms (a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedded room and a child’s with bunk beds) along with two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with shower and bathtub. A handy outdoor shower and an extra sink for laundry complete the picture.

The living/dining room, finely furnished with antique furniture, opens to the outdoor with door windows. Also the kitchen, fully equipped for gourmet dinners, opens to an outdoor patio provided with rectangular travertine table sitting up to 6 people.

The villa is very airy and bright and has windows on four sides so it always has a breeze. For the most demanding travellers. Kids friendly.
