FAQ

  • How do we book the property?
    Please submit the reservation request form in the "Book now" section. Your booking will be confirmed within 48 hours at the latest (tipically 5 hours).
  • In the reservation request form my credit card details are required.
    Is my credit card charged at the reservation?
    No. The credit card details are required to secure the booking only, your credit card is NOT charged at the moment the reservation is made.
  • Under which circumstances is my credit card charged?
    Your credit card is NOT charged unless cancellation or no show policy apply.
  • When and how are we required to settle the bill?
    You are kindly requested to settle the bill in cash on arrival.
  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in from 2pm, Check-out by 10.30am.
    Different check-in/out times may be agreed upon subject to availability of the apartment. Please provide us in advance with your check-in/out schedule.
  • Is there a place where we can store luggage in case of early/late check-in /out?
    The storage of lagguage is possible subject to availability of the property and agreement with the owner.
  • Does the property have a minimum stay?
    Yes, the property has a one-week minimum stay.
  • Am I entitled to a discount in case of long stays?
    Yes, stays longer than ten days entitle you to a given discount.
  • When does the cancellation policy apply and how can I cancel my booking?
    Please refer to our cancellation policy in the "Book now" section to verify the cancellation policy related to the apartment. Send us an e-mail at cancellation@feelhomeinitaly.com if you want to cancel the booking.
  • Which languages do you speak?
    English and Italian.
  • Is the area safe?
    Yes, the area is very safe.
  • Is the property romantic & cosy?
    Yes, the property is very romantic & cosy.
  • For whom the property is ideal for?
    For couples, honey-mooners, families, friends.
  • Can we smoke in the property?
    In order to respect future guests we kindly ask you not to smoke in the property.
