Description

This villa in Tuscany is a private house which has recently been completely rebuilt and refurbished.  The interior is light, airy and elegantly furnished with antique and modern design furniture.  The views on all four sides are stunning panoramas of rolling Tuscan countryside with the town of Montepulciano only a couple of miles to the west. Its grounds are completely surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.

Set in a large garden with well watered lawns and tall trees providing ample shade even in the hottest summer, the villa is cleverly arranged so that it can either be used as a whole or be divided into two apartments.

The Villa is available either as a whole unit or as separate, independent flats and generally for a minimum stay of one week. Exceptions for a shorter stay are possible during certain times of the year. 

- The ground floor apartment has a large entrance, spacious living/Kitchen//dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

- The upper apartment is on two floors: on the first there is a study, a spacious living/kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and in the loft there is a second very large bathroom with a 2m x 1m sunken bath, a third bedroom, and a study/living room with a sofa bed.

Each apartment has a fully furnished kitchen: large electric stove, fridge, freezerand dishwasher. In the basement there are two washing machines.  

The villa also has free wireless internet connection throughout.  

In the surrounding area you can visit the enchanting town of Montepulciano with its architectural and artisic attractions and its cantine where you can taste and buy the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. For those interested in art, the fabled cities of Siena, Perugia, and Arezzo are only a 45 minute drive away. Not much further are Assisi, Orvieto and Florence.
